Creation of and guidance detailed budget
Guidance on civil union requirements

Provide gratuity assistance & etiquette along with tipping envelopes
Guidance on day of milestones, logistics and photography
Production and management of comprehensive event itinerary
Monthly (1 hour) planning meetings via phone or video

Day of Services

Conduct ceremony rehearsal (up to 1 hour)
One (1) Lead Coordinator for up to 10 hours on event day
Greet vendors, be point of contact, troubleshoot issues and oversee event day
Travel Fees Included (up to 30 miles from 08055)
