Work directly with your destination venue and ensure clear communication and execution

Negotiation & booking of vendors at your destination (for onsite vendors only and in accordance with resort requirements)
Arranges and books the following (for onsite vendors only):
- Officiant
- Rehearsal Dinner, Cocktail Hour & Reception
- Photographer
- Entertainment: DJ/Musicians/Band
- Hair Stylist, Make-Up Artist, & Manicurist for Bride & Bridal Party
- Floral arrangements
Arranges walk-through & rehearsal appointment with on-site Wedding Coordinator
Production of a customized wedding day timeline
Provide digital timeline for wedding party
Provide gratuities guidance and envelopes
Follow up after wedding with final details
