With two dedicated planning meetings, she'll work with you to build a clear, streamlined, timeline. Kate walks you through the entire day, step-by-step, identifying key milestones, refining the flow, and turning your planning documents into an executable schedule everyone can follow.
Vendor Coordination
In the final month, Kate steps in as the main point of contact for your vendor team, confirming arrival times, final details, and making sure everyone is working from the same plan. Instead of fielding emails or tracking down confirmations, you get to focus on the excitement, the people, and the moments leading up to the day.
The Day Of
Up to 10 hours of on-the-ground leadership, overseeing vendor set up, managing the timeline, and making sure both the logistics and the little personal touches come together exactly as planned. Kate keeps the energy joyful, the schedule on track, and handles any hiccups along the way, so you can stay in the moment.

Book Your Date
After the call, you'll receive a contract to review, sign, and submit your first payment to officially secure your spot on Kate's calendar.
Pass It Off
Meet with Kate twice before the wedding to map out the timeline and finalize logistics. Then, hand it off. She'll turn your plans into a beautifully executed day.
