Access to preferred vendor list with sourcing guidance
Provide planning documents
Two one-hour planning meetings to go over day-of schedule and details
Guidance on event day milestones, songs and photography list
Work with client and vendors to plan day-of logistics and finalize details
Creation of and execution of detailed day-of schedule
Provide digital timeline for wedding party
Provide gratuities guidance and envelopes
One Lead Coordinator and One Assistant Coordinator for 10 hours on event day
