Kate acts your dedicated liaison with the resort and vendor team, managing communication, securing onsite vendors, and overseeing every logistical detail. You'll have a single, trusted point of contact coordinating your venue and vendors.

She'll be there to facilitate your rehearsal, manage vendor communication, oversee your wedding day timeline, and support any pre- or post- wedding events, so you can leave the logistics behind, stay in the moment, and truly soak it all in.
